Before it was renewed, the kids from the local neighborhoods would come play. After the remodel and a home was built on the Western entrance, the kids on the west and south side of the area no longer visit. The people who's back yards butt up against the park have told kids and a few of us adults that the oath is private now for kids from the Eastern part of the area.
