We stopped by for dinner on a Thursday a couple weeks ago. They were a little short-staffed but were extremely welcoming and proceeded to work well as a team to get the job done, and with a great attitude all around. The food was excellent as well. I had the chicken marsala -- delicious!
Very disappointed. We've been there twice and both times waited 45 minutes for our meal. The food is delicious though. For a small place there is no reason to have to wait so long. We won't be back!
Candidly, I don't understand the one-star reviews here. I get great service and the food is amazing. I am writing this review after taking a buddy of mine who lives in NYC there last night. He was a little dubious, but after getting the food, remarked that it holds up to "New York standards" which, as you can imagine, was something he regarded as high praise. I enjoy the pizza, mainly the dough, and the red sauce more than the cream sauces, but frankly its all good. My son remarked quite favorably on the canoli, which I didn't try.
The food is good, but with one waitress and one cook, we just spent 87 minutes here. An hour to get a pizza is just too long.
55 minutes wait and walked out. Never been there before so can’t comment on the food quality. I would just advice if you come, if things seem slow cut your losses and get out quick.
