I hate how I only feel compelled to write a review when something is wrong. Just beware, if you shop here be prepared to have a store full of employees who look down their noses at you. I guess they're having some big blowout sale or something (sounds like going out of business) but they couldn't be bothered with helping my fiancé. She went in looking for a matching Tacori band to go with her engagement ring. The people in that store acted like it was an imposition that people would be in a jewelry store looking for jewelry. Our money is better spent at a place where they don't leer at customers and are helpful. Their prices are excellent, and they have a great selection the customer service is abhorrent though. If indeed the impetus for the big sale is that they are going out of business, it is no doubt due in part to their mastery of apathy.
Always friendly and helpful. Will help you find what you want. They will make sure you are happy and satisfied and excited about your purchase.
Quenan's has the most elegant jewelry in Texas and the customer service is beyond compare. Steve is wonderful to work with and always helps my husband knock it out of the park when he's picking out something special for me. Love it!
