I purchased a 3 year old video game from them. It was very strange how they kept them behind glass and wouldn't let me look at them. They were all stacked up horizontally right. I picked one out. They kept holding onto it until I paid. At the time I didn't think much of it. Then as I walked to my car I opened it and there was absolutely no disc in it at all. I immediately went back inside within seconds and they accused me of trying to pull something. I had my family waiting in the car who came in to see what was taking so long and they confirmed my story. Finally after all that trouble I was able to exchange it for an actual video game. In a somewhat small town there weren't many places to buy used games, but the one thing I know is I'm not going back here again.
I have made many purchases at this location and have always received top notch customer service. They are patient and give you the attention you need. Great location for guns, electronics, jewelry, movies and lots more. Great service with quality attention!
My experience has always been excellent with the friendly staff, which understand that people fall on hard times and try to help out as much as possible with pawning or buying something. So I highly recommend anyone looking for an item or having to pawn something to stop by and see what they can do for anyone.
Had a very good stop in the pawn shop. Parking is a little tough but very nice staff and good all around selection on jewelry and guns.
