Nice people. Not overly pushy and trying to shove more expensive products down your throat when you have an idea of what you are looking for.
The people were friendly when I dropped off my ring to be sized, they said it would take 10 days, it's.been 13 and I get an attitude when I call asking about it, way to treat a customer who spent $5,000+ there.
Never contacted me when my ring was ready to be picked up. They said they called and that it was their protocol to leave a voicemail. They shut me down when I tried to press the issue. I guess they missed the part where I wouldn't have had to call them and figure out where my ring was if they had actually left a voicemail. Lots of attitude when I called and when I picked up the ring. Will definitely be going back to the Cedar Park store instead. I came to the Georgetown one out of convienence but it is not worth it.
