Although service and professionalism from Jenny is great - their business account set up and requirements were not what we expected. Business accounts are not "free" if you do not maintain a specific balance. And for a small business starting out, this can be a problem. We will be changing banks.
As a home builder they are by far the best bank to work with for an interim construction loan. I am very happy with Rodney, Jennifer, and Steven. Highly recommend.

Travis has done a number of commercial loans for me, and now Katie Woods is doing a personal loan. Katie even closed a loan for me on a Sunday before I had to go out of town. Each have gone extremely smooth. The communication is amazing. Not to mention that Dianne and Jenny at the G'town branch are so nice and helpful ever time I walk in.
