Far and away the most unprofessional, rudest banking staff I have ever encountered. Run, don't walk from this banking institution.
Avoid the Georgetown branch of this bank at all costs. I was a highly loyal customer for 9 years. I moved a loan to another bank where the loan officer did business with me, and this bank president in Georgetown cut off my line of credit and charged me fees on my checking account that they had never charged me before. Highly unethical business practices.
This bank is just inconvenient. They have monthly fees and this particular location which is the closest to Austin has no card machine so you have to get a card mailed out unless you want to go to Temple, TX. I finally received a card in the mail and they tell you that the pin code you previously used doesn't work and they send the new one in the mail. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been able to pay a bill with my bank. Talk about inconvenience.
