Play ground nice. So many shade trees. Also a nice donkey.that wants carrots
Park is nice .staff very nice
The manager was always there to assist me with any of my needs, even though management has changed, I still find everything runs the same or even better. Contracts are like any other park, but staff were very helpful.
There is new management but they are treating everyone fairly. Some people just are trying to avoid paying and this seems to be the way they do it. The contract are the same as before. The manager is very helpful and in fact goes out of his way to accommodate the tenants needs.
New management! The fella that runs it now is a middle eastern jerk who has made it clear that he is out for money. He has pushed illegal contracts, damaged (twice in two weeks) people's rv's and refused to compensate for the damages. He has also told a few elderly women to leave with no notice. He is rude, he is a liar and anyone looking for a place to park their trailer should avoid this anti American loser!
Would definitely go back!
