Quiet and friendly...coffee in laundry mat...trash is away from lots no smell...close to town but set in rural location...check it out for yourself

Quiet country living with easy access to the 130 tollway. Lots of mature trees and walking distance to the San Gabriel. Great amenities: laundry, big tiled bathroom/showers, dog park & bathing area, fire pit, community bbq grills, gazebos, community garden and walking path.
Great spot near the river, tucked off in a Pecan Grove. Lots of shade! Owners and staff are great people.
