The Georgetown location has a great staff from the manager down to the employees. All very knowledgeable and willing to help. Unlike Sherwin Williams, their pricing stays consistent and they are willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. I've been using them for 3 years and don't see any reason to look elsewhere! I can't say anything for the other KM locations as I have been disappointed with them but the Georgetown store is a cut above.
A mistake was made on my color match and had to return to the store. The customer service was above and beyond on getting me the correct color paint and back on the road as soon as possible. This is one top notch paint store. Thank you!
