These ladies were really nice when I met them at a bridal show and I was really eager to work with them. Then it came down to a travel fee. I was paying for 8 of us to get our hair and make up done for my wedding (as you can see, that is a big service where they were going to get a lot of my $$$). They were going to charge me a $400 travel fee for just two girls! I asked them why the cost was so high and they said, "Our travel fees start at $150 per stylist, this covers a 25 mile radius. Your venue is exactly 50 miles from the salon, so twice the distance we normally travel. That's where the extra $50 per stylist is figured." But with me giving them 8 people to work on, I would expect them to work with me. They didn't. They said, "Best of luck in your search", let me walk away, rather than coming down on their travel fee. I'm sorry, but who would pay two girls $200 each to ride in a car.... that takes barely any work for the driver, and NO work for the passenger. I do understand paying for gas, mileage on car, and time, but $400 is way past that! People need to be reasonable, and it's sad when businesses walk away from a large check because they don't want to work with you on your budget. Also, great news, I found several companies/individual artist who were more generous and thoughtful. Do NOT waste your time here ladies. I'm just writing this review to help others save their breath and time.

I am so glad that I found this place. I literally searched for months to find a location that was close and that would do high quality work. Not going to lie...the name drew me in because that alone made me happy and I knew at that point that this place was creative, fun, and friendly. I am super picky about my hair to the point where I will have anxiety about change, rather that be length or color. I absolutely love the atmosphere of the salon. It presents itself as professional and to an extent prestigious...but still to the point of comfortability for the customer. I am not fancy at all but love the feeling of going to a fancy salon and this one has all of that. The pricing is on point and nothing to complain about. I personally see Kassidy while my daughter sees Kenzie (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and we officially refuse to see any other stylists. Both are so great and make the experience a lot of fun. Great conversation and knowledge about their profession. Again, so happy I found this place and no longer have to worry about if my hair will come out the way I want it to..cause I know with this salon that it will. Razmataz for life!
Had a wonderful experience with Shelby Carter! She was very professional and did exactly what I asked. My hair looks wonderful! Highly recommend using her!
