Helpful staff, good service and great value! They fix iPhones!!
Let me start off by clarifing, I am a electromechanical engineer with a minor in chemical engeineering. I have been in the semiconductor field for 30+ years.
People, a battery is a battery, and their batteries are the same as the others out there, just not price wise.
I decided to get another opinion. The other shop took a look at it and informed me that Interstate Batteries damaged my phone by not disconnecting the battery, causing a short curcuit. The repair was finished in 15 minutes and my phone is like new.
They claimed to be able to fix my phone . That was a gross misrepresentation. The repair was supposed to take a hour, it lasted a WEEK!!! They just handed my iPhone back and said that it was not repairable because a design defect, and to top it off they still charged me for the repair!?!?!?!?!?
Horrible customer service!!! Employee was incredibily rude and refused to take credit for the damage they caused to my phone.
Bottom line; this is a battery store, NOT a cellphone repair shop! Go to the place on Williams if you want your device to be repaird quickly, correctly , and at a reasonable price.
The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful in fixing items and helping me pick out the right product. I love the batteries and the availability and variety. I recently bought bought a 1500 lumen flashlight. It is the best flashlight I have ever bought. Powerful and solid build. I also like that it takes AAs and NOT AAAs. This store also fixed my yard light with 100 LEDs. They put in a great battery that was better than the one from the manufacturer. I like everything about this store.
I went in for a lithium battery for my camera. Upon walking in I was bombarded by not 1, no not 2, but 3 different employees. After a short verbal battle between the employees, a victor arose and his name was Joelle.
Over priced and dare I say pompous.
Joelle, proceeded to try to sell me on their brand. He went on to tell me how their batteries are the best and how they are "special" batteries. He tried to spout off some information on the chemistry of the batteries, he didnt know spit about what he was talking about, and tried to make up for it in lies and telling me how great interstate is.
great shopping experience, iphone 6 repaired without any issues. very friendly staff. Great job!!!!!
