Pain in the ass! to get in and out of this place on Thanksgiving evening to purchase a TV. Could not get any sales person in the store to wait on me or ask information concerning TV purchase. Good prices though if you don't mind putting up

Getting help from store associates is extremely difficult. Maybe if I would be spending a few thousand dollars they could get commission on would have been different. There were 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing when I asked for help. "Go over there and look in the back are of computers" was all I got as far as help. Horrid customer service from a store I shop at frequently. Go flip burgers if you don't want to interact with customers. Only awesome person there was the cashier. He was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and had a very positive attitude. He made the trip/shopping experience worth it. Everyone else gets negative stars. The cashier was outstanding. Tired of companies that allow staff to behave so poorly with costumers. Wish I could leave a positive review but just isn't possible at this time.

Smaller, but well-stocked. Employees weren't obnoxious like they are at most Best Buy's.

"Need something", the associate, Scott, says to me in an indignant manner. A more appropriate greeting such as "welcome to Best buy" or "how may I help you", or even a simple "hello" would have been nice. It bothers me of how badly I was treated. It's unimaginable to treat a customer in that manner nowadays. Retail is a difficult and highly competitive industry, the manager of that store really needs to pay much more attention.

Went to the round Rock store.. never again. Very poor customer service. The first guy to help.. had no knowledge about cell phones. Train your workers. Then another one came over with a complete attitude. I purchased a cell phone and when asked to activate it for me...attitudes and more attitudes. Sorry to bother you during the day. Will never go back there
