I was there several weeks ago and the vacuums weren’t working .. barely sucking. They are down to one vacuum in between each of the two stalls and today I went and same thing. Vacuums hardly work.: you are sharing with person on each side, air compressors barely work, and they don’t worry about bugs left on your windsheild and front of car. The woman who took my money for wash was not even close to friendly. I am done.
Went in for a last minute vehicle inspection on a friday afternoon after stopping at 3 other places and getting turned away. They were able to do the job and were done in around 20 minutes. Their waiting area is quite comfortable with ample seating. I will be going back!
I called ahead to see if there was a wait and john said there was no wait. I took my car immediately(5 minutes) there and then waited for 40 minutes for them to complete a state inspection. The only people in waiting had been here for over 1hr. This is not how you treat customers- be honest- if it's gonna take you an hour say so. So frustrating. Finally... I go to get in my car and there is grease all over the seat and I tell the guy and he says- I don't have any grease on me.. Really??? He did clean it. I will never go back.
I'm in from out of town and my car is having major issues. Johnny went above and beyond test driving my car, explaining what is wrong and offering options, none of which are even available here. Amazing customer service!! Thank you.
The mechanics and technicians here are completely ignorant to their job. If you are working in an industry that requires you to be knowledgeable about cars, then you need to know about cars. This is not the case with this Lube Center. 80% of the crew here should be termimated. Why? Cause they know nothing about what they are doing when it comes to servicing a vehicle. Oil smudges in car, oil dripped under hood on the motor(no effort to clean), oil smudges on vehicle, recommendations not completely and/or correctly explained. I'd take my car to Jiffy Lube, before ever considering Kwik Kar Georgetown. On that note, I'd really never take my car to Jiffy Lube. But abetter choice than Kwik Kar Georgetown. But hey, on a positive note. The highlight of the shop is they have a Mustang they focus on. Yay!!!!!
