Financing was painless, just a long process which was to be expected on a weekend. Our thanks also to the sales manager for rewarding our patronage. Our last vehicle for my daughter ghetto was purchased here as well and all the staff from sales to service treated her with respect and honesty. I would highly recommend Roger Beasley Mazda to purchase your next car! My sales guy, Mark Johnson, was no non-sense and straightforward. He went above and beyond to address my satisfaction with the deal we agreed on. I never at any time felt that I was dealing with a place that had only their best interest in mind. The only negative feedback I have is that we had to wait a while to meet with the Finance guy in spite of the fact that I was paying cash. It was not my sales guy Mark’s fault. I was told that the managers were all pulled into a meeting with the owner. I now there were a few customers waiting to get their deals done.

Excellent customer service. Very polite and knowledgeable. The only problem was the wait time: I was told it would be about an hour, and it ended up being a two hour wait (this was the only reason for not giving 5 stars). Other than that, I would recommend.
