I couldn’t have asked for better service, my sales man was God sent. His knowledge about Dodge and the other cars were great, being that I knew very little and my husband hadn't made it yet. Being a woman trying to buy a car is very scary. Steven was the best. I told him what we wanted and he found several different cars to fit our budget. He made my experience of purchasing a vehicle stress free for the first time ever for me. Buying a car is something I have always hated to do. But Steven was very professional but yet very friendly it made the time go much smoother.
Great car buying experience... always felt that was an oxymoron until buying a car from Mac Haik Jeep last week. We bought our two previous Jeeps from another Austin dealer. We were ready to buy, had financing in place, and thought it would be a smooth process. After getting the run around for a few days from the other dealer, we knew there had to be a better process. I called Mac Haik at 11am and knew exactly what car we wanted and the price we wanted to pay was listed online. Dealt with Steven Carrizales and everything was so straight forward and efficient. Highly recommend asking for him! Left with the new car just a few hours later. Will definitely be a returning customer!!!

I have owned three Caravans over the last ten years, which means I have spent time with several salespeople throughout the last decade. I am only now leaving a review. Chris Espinoza recently provided us with a superior experience. He took the time to explain the changes, upgrades and options that are currently available on the new minivans to myself and my family. He is knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. Though we have not yet decided which option is best for our family of seven, he gave me the information to make a well-informed decision. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and positive attitude throughout our visit and will definitely be back to buy from him once we iron out the details.
I went to Mac Haik Dodge during my search for a new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted at the time, so I was basically researching my options. A salesman (Chris Espinoza) came out to offer assistance with anything we needed. I was impressed by how kind he was, but, wasn't 'pushy'. He simply answered questions we had and showed us a few vehicles that we had an interest in. Pointed out different options and was trying to find us something acceptable in our price range. He seemed to be knowledgeable about the vehicles and wasn't 'just a salesman's. Really took our wishes into consideration. Although we decided on another vehicle, we really enjoyed the experience we had at Mac Haik and was well worth noting.
First of all I want to explain that this was my VERY FIRST new car buying experience. Nico was the gentleman that helped my with my Dodge Dart and I could not have asked for a better sales person. He was attentive and had no problems answering my questions without the double speak you hear about all the time with most dealers. Most importantly, I never felt pressured AT ALL! He walked me through the entire process and even stayed after hours just to make sure I got what I wanted. I wish more places still had this kind of exemplary customer service and attention to customer needs. I will definitely be returning to Mac Haik for any future purchases... Bravo!
