This is the best place in Austin and surrounding areas. I commute to this storage place from Westlake since it's the safest place to have your boat or RV stored. The customer service is amazing. I never had any issue with the owner/operator. He will get up at 2am to meet you at the storage to help with any matter. No one does this anywhere. Only this place will do anything to satisfy any customer needs. It's an excellent place where anyone is treated with respect, great customer service and willing to help anytime.
I had my boat stored there about 3 years and never a problem. Easy to pull in/out and navigate through the lot. The air and wash stations are great when you need to clean up before storing or air up after an extended storage. Gary was great to deal with and easy to reach when needed. Highly recommend this storage facility.

We have had our RV at this storage facility for 3 years. The owner, Gary, is very good at working with clients if they have any problem. Facility had a place to wash your RV and air-station for airing up the tires and electricity for each spot . If you pay your entire storage fees for the year, you are only charged for 11 months. The facility is covered with security cameras to protect your equipment. would highly recommend this facility if you need to store your equipment.
Very friendly and accommodating service. They have a high pressure air compressor on site to allow me to pump up the rear tires of my Yukon tow vehicle easily and a wash area with water for washing my unit. In my area, I can't find self washing car washes that can accept my trailer. very convenient. Easy in and out. Just paved the lot. I highly recommend them.
This place is very secure. While we had our trailer stored at Oasis, we needed to have an insurance adjuster examine our trailer for a claim. We gave the insurance company Gary's (the owner) number to coordinate entry into the storage facility. Gary made sure to confirm with us before allowing the adjuster in. We are very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by Oasis. We are also very pleased with the width of the driveway access areas and general cleanliness of the facility. There is an expected, unavoidable amount of dust that settles on things (ours was a covered spot) but Gary conveniently provides a water hose (connected to well-water) for quickly hosing down our solar panels. It's nice to know that all activity is monitored by video cameras and that each tenant has their own security code. Access from I-35 is easy. I highly recommend Oasis for RV storage.
