I was not impressed with their service. My water heater, that they installed, went out after being only 1.5 years old. Instead of explaining how it happened to avoid future damages to new equipment, I was yelled at by the Service Manager, Donnie and was re informed of his credentials. Regardless of how many years this guy has been in the "field", he knew very little about how to correct this issue and rambled about how I needed to just buy a new one. This place has no customer service, the service technicians show up without appointments and the Service Manager will just raise your blood pressure.
These guys came out to my house and did a wonderful job period really clean guys
G3 Plumbing is the Best team I've ever dealt with. They are fast, fair and take time to explain the problem and solution. They fixed my problem the same day in about an hour !
We used them for our home addition. They caught an error on floor plans that even our architect didn't catch. They showed up when they were suppose to and did the job well.
