Both Kim and Jeff at Extra Storage are great! We reserved our unit initially over the phone. They were very helpful and easy to work with and the process was smooth and pleasant. When we arrived, building is beautiful! Very clean, easy to access with excellent security. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage space!

From the moment you walk in she is very upbeat, friendly, and it's obvious she is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience. And the property is spotless inside and out! Security is extremely tight since you can only access the floor that your space is located on which really appealed to me. I would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone!
About a year ago we rented a space and had it for a few months. When we were getting everything out, we wanted to get rid of a piece of furniture, and the person we worked with, Kim, helped my husband by finding someone who wanted it. Now we needed another storage space and Kim is now the manager, and she has helped us again with another space. She listens to our needs and tries to help us get the right size, so we don't overpay. We were very pleased to find that she was still there. While we were waiting she worked with two other customers ahead of us and treated them the same way. I wish all storage places worked with people the way we were treated. We would highly recommend this storage facility.
