I hope to God we never have to use them as an ambulance service again. They bill for every single possible thing separately and therefore, my insurance won't cover the "extras" outside of the actual ambulance service. Isn't oxygen standard when you're on an ambulance? Answer is yes, so why bill separately for that! And on top of that, they want to charge a 2.19% fee for paying by a credit card. That's how most people have to pay their ridiculously high bill, so they know they can make an extra buck by charging a fee. Best of luck to anyone that gets stuck using this terrible service.
