Love that they always have everything I need, especially their Independence Coffee Company Pecan Coffee. The best ever! I find their produce is always fresh and reasonably priced. The check out person and customer service personnel are always friendly and helpful.
I think my first mistake was going to the HEB in Round Rock before I came to the one in Georgetown. I had such high expectations!! It's an older store and has much less items to choose from. The produce section is about half the size of the others. Also, the fancy wine tasting and enticing food stations don't exist. That being said, they have the happiest and friendly staff so I would go here over a place like WalMart any day!
It's a bit tight in there but HEB quality all the way! Oh and I have to drive all the way over here to buy Mango Bread and get Jumex Pear Juice. Other than the fact that they have more of my fave things nothing to complain about.
Not a bad store. They have a lot of variety. Produce is fresh. But the lines can be long.
I always find what I need. If I have trouble finding something employees are always friendly and helpful. They offer carry out service and are always smiling. Once my (potty training) son had to go potty but the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. The manager had someone watch my full cart of groceries (already paid for) and showed us to the upstairs employee bat bathroom. And prices are usually cheaper than the only other grocery store in my area.
