Dr. Mathias knows exactly what to do. She always listens to your concerns and recommends a procedure but does not insist. She knows at the end of the day the patient has to be happy with the outcome. I have been to several dentist and I have finally found the dentist my family and I want to stay with from now on. The staff is very helpful and always courteous.
Dr. Sharon and her team tenderly and knowledgeably cared for me and my family and I cannot be more pleased with our experience. We'd lapsed in dental care for years after being without insurance. The office staff answered all of my questions so thoroughly as I researched dental discount plans. I had been to a dentist six months earlier and they had recommended all sorts of major work done, but when Dr. Mathias saw my X-rays and tapped around she caught a major oversight which was easily explainable and resulted in only 1 major procedure instead of 3. I grew up in a family of dental hygenists and this was the BEST dental experience -gentle cleaning and everything so well explained- that I've received in my life. My son, who's 10 soon, came in for his first cleaning and exam and the whole team was so fabulous and gentle, explaining all the procedures before doing it and treating him so respectfully. We are big fans of Healthy Smiles and look forward to years of dental health with these ladies!
I had severe pain in my left lower jaw and my dentist was not available on a Saturday. I searched internet and called several dentists but no one would see me since I was not a regular patient. Then I called Healthy Smiles and they saw me because I was in so much pain. I have an abscess under a tooth. I got a prescription for an antibiotic which kept me going until I could see my usual dentist. I would recommend Dr. Mathis very highly. I also thank Annalise for her kindness and patience with me on the phone and at the front desk.
