All they do is take your money
Extremely slow - been waiting almost a year for my court date and it’s a misdemeanor.
8 months of waiting before being allowed to do your time, ridiculous charges, no chance to explain yourself, and they spring new requirements on you every time you take a step further into the process which you could have dealt with during the waiting period jad they told you in a timely fashion. Their websites are outdated. Their numbers rarely work. When the phone mumbers do work, you get nothing but attitude when you just wanted information given that they pick up at all. This is a complete mockery of anybody's definition of "justice."
