I called them to pick a car up first thing in the morning from a very busy salon in Austin who has restricted parking and would have to have car impounded and towed. K & K told us at 11:00 am they were on their way. At 5:30 the salon called and said the car was still there. when I called K & K they said quote "You have no idea we have been going through up here today!"
