The people that I spoke with, JT and Paul were very knowlegable in helping me to pick out the perfect bike for myself as I am getting back into riding again after having not been on a bike in 6 years. I liked that they knew so much about the bikes and what I may be needing at this stage in my life, in a bike. I also liked especially how friendly everyone was, and they knew most every customer that came into the shop by name. Pretty cool! I will definitely be going back there! :)
My wife and I have been coming here on and off for a while for accessories, but today was my first experience buying a bike from Georgetown Cyclewerx. I'll definitely be back. Paul was extremely helpful, making sure the bike fit me properly and answering my many questions. I really feel like I walked out of there not only with a new bike, but also with the knowledge to feel confident that I made the right decision.
Really nice staff to work with for new bikes or service. They even let you test ride them.
