Not sure about the bad reviews because I have always been happy with the cupcakes I have purchased from them.

Been here twice. Second time I bought two. One for me and one for my girlfriend. Left them in the fridge over night and still tasted great the next day
Amazing cupcakes. It's not their fault, but wife and I can't come through often due to distance, and blood sugar. Lol see we really don't like sugar substitutes. So we watch what eat in terms of pure delicious sugar. Gigi's is a pure dose of love and sugar. Lol. Thanks for all the times you guys helped us get the jitters. And cheers to all the future times.
Very dissatisfied. This place just sales a nice looking product. They don't taste well at all. The truck in the parking lot caught my eye, because they had the picture of the cupcakes on the side. I thought they looked beautiful, but I purchased and they werent good at all.
