Nice office, plenty of seating to wait. Check in ahead of time to save yourself the wait. Take heed when they recommend not waiting until the end of the month to do your business. The agent I worked with was super nice!
There are about 4 staff seemingly doing nothing. The wait is long. But at least the chairs are comfortable. :) They really need to make THIS office the DMV because there are plenty of places to sit. Only about 10 percent of the chairs are full, where as at the DMV some people have to stand, but there isn't really room to stand anywhere. :( very very sad. Common Williamson county. Build a better DMV!
If you go in they are fast and efficient. If you mail in a document they may well screw it up, send correspondence to the wrong address, deposit your check and claim they did not and make you prove it...
This place is unbelievably fast (not used to that with government offices). The staff is friendly and helpful.
Not answering phones and saying they are not available at this time even thought it is during office hours. Called at 8:17 when they open at 8 am, and no one to talk to, no option to transfer or leave a message. Wish I had a job where I did not have to do my job...and we pay for these people to have a job!!!!! So, I get a message and a disconnect...how convenient for them!
